class=\"wp-block-heading\">Plate Rolling<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H&amp;L Pipe and Steel can roll plates in thickness ranging from sheet metal to a 3&#8243; radius to 10ft wide plates up to 1.125&#8243; .&nbsp; Our 20ft Bertsch 4 roll machine can bend plate in 20ft widths up to 5\/8&#8243; thick.&nbsp; Our 10ft mechanical Bertsch machine has rolled plates up 1.5&#8243; in a narrower width.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> In addition to rolling A-36 carbon steel, we can roll AR plate, stainless steel and aluminum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H&amp;L has also used the plate rolls to form spirals&nbsp;for staircases&nbsp;and for auger skirts for foundation drilling tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With our larger roll machines, we have straightened&nbsp;and flattened road plates and trench shoring plates.
