About Us

H&L is a military veteran owned company founded in 2018.

H&L purchased the plate roll machines and other key assets from the now defunct Pipe Industries Corporation of Commerce City, Colorado to continue manufacturing large diameter steel casing pipe to service the Rocky Mountain region and beyond.  In addition to purchasing the equipment, H&L now employs a few former key employees from Pipe Industries with the expertise to produce high quality casing pipe accurately rolled to a high level of roundness.
