H&L Pipe and Steel has the experienced crew and equipment to manufacture steel casing pipe in custom diameters ranging from 10.5″ to 14ft diameters with wall thicknesses up to 1.25″.  14ft is currently our record and we believe we can go a fair amount larger.  With our 20ft plate roll, we can produce casing pipe in 20ft lengths with no midwelds. 

H&L used a wide variety of welding processes including fluxcore, SMAW, submerged arc welding  and TIG if needed.
